I'm using MI 6.0. I have Shield Manager installed that came with StreetPro EAL. Every time I try to use the add Shield Tool, It tells me "Cannot Add Shield to Layer." I checked the manual, and the Map is set to Longitude/LAtitude NAD 83. The appropriate Interstate label is set to editable. The other two tools work, Move Shield, and Delete Shield. Anybody run into this before. ...
