Dear Listers can anyone help I have some autocad DWG files that have been created within a site specific coordinate system (based on AMG) and i would like to recreate this cordinate system within mapinfo, so that i can work on these files and convert existing (AMG Zone 56 (AGD 84) mapinfo tables to this site specific coordinate system. Does anyone know of an easy way to do this using the coordinates from autocad, OR Can anyone provide some info about creating a new system by editing the prj file in MI, such as what information i need to ask for and are there any tricks.
