Mapinfo-ers:
Does anybody have a work-around, suggestion, or an
actuall solution to the following issue.
We are trying to label parcels with parcel
dimensions without creating a new layer.
For example.
To the right are two 100 foot long
parcels, bordering on the left is one 200 foot long parcel. I can
"autolabel" the two 100 foot polylines for the parcels on the right and print
those dimensions on a the parcel map. For the parcel on the left I now need to
print (ideally using autolabel) a single "200 foot" label. Obviously the parcel
on the left shares two 100 foot polylines and the inherent topology
rules.
Furthermore, all dimensions need to be entered
by hand from parcel surveys since polyline lenghts are close (screen
digitizing) but not exact.
