Reply to Don regarding Time Zones: I would like to suggest you go to our web site at www.stopwatchmaps.com. Stopwatch Maps developed a TimeZone Boundaries file. This mapped table records each county of the US and, where a county is split by a time zone boundary, each part of that county separately. For each of these, the table records the Time Zone and whether Daylight Savings Time is observed. The file was developed using NAD83. The file is not free, but is a very accurate representation of Time Zones for the US.
