Have a look at the following properties in serverconfig.ini:

CacheTimeLimit - Controls how long cached objects should live for
PreCacheMaps - Creating MgMaps for the specified Map Definitions on mgserver
startup, auto-priming any related caches in the process.
DataConnectionTimeout - Controls how long cached FDO connections should be
held for

Another thing to try is having a scheduled task that regularly creates a
MgMap of your Map Definition at regular intervals. The theory being in by
doing so, it will keep any related objects cached (sort of like the
PreCacheMaps property)
