Apologies but this may be one of my best angles for finding this. I'm
looking for a contact at Apple to negotiate inclusion on the permission
given to Fastmail as described here:

They said "thanks to our friends on the Apple mail teams" so I'm hoping
one of those might be on this list and reach out to me. Apple developer
support seems entirely incapable of comprehending this request, seems
likely I'm searching for the correct team.
