Yes - I followed up twice with request to escalate (though not just that word).
Thank you!

Have you tried reply with just the text "escalate" ?

The first response from "microsoft" ( lol ... ) is normally from a
bot/automated system that says absolutely nothing about your problem ...

I've submitted a Microsoft (Outlook.com) support ticket twice, but it seems due
to somewhat unusual issue, after following up a couple of times to the
automated response "nothing was detected", no one has responded. The issue
seems to be that messages that include a particular image source get
consistently sent to Junk. There are no reputation issues / blacklistings
associated with the URL in question, and it's shared among many other senders,
who don't seem to be experiencing the same issue.
If someone could pretty please take a look or at least poke / escalate so that
we can get a response, it would be massively appreciated. Ticket # 7082733570
Thanks in advance.
