Combining large responses that require TCP fallback, and might not
arrive if large EDNS0 UDP sizes are negotiated, with short TTLs,
ask for trouble. There is a much higher probability of transient
failures. There could be other issues (rate limiting on their
end, despite the low TTLs inviting more queries, ...), but basically
this setup is operated at some distance from best-practice.
