It wasn't before, either. I only tried to send them a note about
the misuse of Spamhaus through this server.

Looking up a listed IP and going to ask for its removal produces the
same result as before: anything can't be removed because the world is
"listed" by Spamhaus, since 127.255.255.254 (Query via public/open
resolver/generic unattributable rDNS) is the same as 127.0.0.2 (actual
listing) in the minds of people who don't read documentation.
