Mail from one of the systems I manage recently got backed up with delayed email from Yahoo. The 4xx error message we were getting included a URL to some best practices, which suggested signing up for Yahoo's Complaint Feedback Loop, but without providing any indication of how to do that.
All the searches I've done lead to <https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster>... even other mail services point to that link... however trying to visit that link redirects to a generic help page. No amount of searching I've done has provided me with any info on signing up. Does anyone know where this service actually lives?
