Did it fail for your IP or another IP?

Google generates a lot of noise when it allows an email that it knows is
being forwarded but still reports it as a failure. Often the host doing
the forwarding is inside Google.

If your outgoing email is set up correctly then all of the failures in
the report will look like noise. I'd keep receiving the reports for
later reference if something goes wrong.

I do observe IP addresses in China regularly trying to send email from
my domains.
