My users don't have to ask me for special cases to send the mail they want
to send.  A few of them (me for example) provide unique addresses on every
web signup which provides leak tracing.

Maybe I'm lucky but I haven't had much trouble.  My users do know that should
there be problems, it won't be pretty.
