Talking about RDNS issues:

Since Saturday bankofamerica.com seems to have a problem with their
DNS too -- I tried to contact them directly but (so far) nothing
happened.
Their "alerts" are sent by hosts with IPs like
68.232.194.1 - 68.232.194.14 (exacttarget?)
which map to mta*.ealerts.bankofamerica.com.
but those names do no longer resolve in DNS.

dig -x 68.232.194.1
...
1.194.232.68.in-addr.arpa. 16487 IN PTR mta.ealerts.bankofamerica.com.

dig mta.ealerts.bankofamerica.com.
...
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NXDOMAIN, id: 39478
ealerts.bankofamerica.com. 353 IN SOA ns10.bac.com.
domain\.administrator.bankofamerica.com. 2020042499 1800 900 604800 600

Maybe someone who can fix the problem reads this?
