In general, yes, but the existing limit of 32kB doesn't just prevent the
posting of giant files, it makes including even trivial images. If it
could be increased to a modest size (e.g. 100kB) it would make sharing
help here smoother. I wouldn't want things like fullscreen 4K 32-bit
TIFFs with alpha in email, but reasonable JPEGs capturing relevant bits
of UI could help a lot.
