1. Send a sample to me generated while it's hanging:
sample MailMate 10 > ~/Desktop/mailmate_sample.txt
2. You can take your machine offline while launching MailMate and then
take the account offline (before taking the machine online again).
That'll allow you to use any other accounts you might have in MailMate.
