Hi Angelo,
Might this be because the server admins have configured only a subset of
mail clients to connect - for example Outlook?
I can’t use MailMate with my corporate Outlook365 service because it
throws up a HTTP based authentication/ask the admin for permission box
and the admin won’t let me connect using MailMate.

work fine and then stop working suddenly. The only thing I found that
would work was to completely remove the account in MailMate. Also, I
had to remove the key(s) in the Apple Keychain application. Then I
set it up again and it kept working (for a while).
