Everyone's use case differ of course. For me email is my working backlog and main conversation management system. I use the *Correspondence* sub view all the time, because this gives me immediate context information, which is a killer feature, because this is super fast. I use search as a starting point to narrow down to all emails with a specific attachment, person, keywords, etc. and then use the Correspondence view to get more into context.
