Hi Luk,
Wondering if the issues all relate only to your gmail account?
Secondly, the issue (only?) with read status on gmail and/or general
status activity concerns might be in some way connected to OAUTH (OA2)
security. I noticed yesterday when I logged into an infrequently (Beta)
version of MacOS, my Gmail account in MM asked for reauthorization with
an app-specific password.
Have you seen that come up? That is set up in Google using your browser.
I believe this is the way some accounts are going. Irrespective check
this out with your Google account(s).
I hope one of these suggestions leads you an answer, maybe for both
problems. Good luck.
Respectfully,
Henry Seiden

First and foremost, I am not a seasoned user of Mailmate, so pardon my
dumb question
I have two Mailmate set up on 2 Macs - one on my 14” MBP and another
one on my M1 Mac mini. On the Mac mini, I have Apple Mail running all
the time and acted as SpamSieve robot. I have the same imap accounts
set up on both Macs
I have discovered that I can see some gmail email on my Mac mini but
not on the MBP. I even do a search on the MBP to make sure my view did
not stop me from seeing the email, but I could not find a trace of
that particular email
It happened more than once, initially I could not believe it. I can
see the email on the Apple Mail on my MBP
A side issue , which may or may not be related. Emails I read on my
MBP are unread on the Mac mini, may be there is a time delay for the
imap to reflect the status, but I suspect that there is something
wrong on my setting somewhere
Just wondering how I can fix these issues. Any help is appreciated
Thanks,
