The domain was in add_virtualhost in the mm_cfg.py. Defaults.py had not been changed. I'm not sure what had happened. But running bin/withlist -l -r fix_url listname -u list_web_domain with the name as it was entered in the add_virtualhost entry seems to have fixed it.
