Hi Andrew,

I have more or less the same issue with you. So far, I'm pretty sure about this: you have to notify your recipients to "authorize" (or not), accept and read about how you treat their personal data in order to do the mailings ... if you are able to do that, most probably you can continue doing it, with all those who accepted of course.
