1) Putting the same address as both 'owner' and 'moderator' is
redundant,
I have removed email address from moderator field.
Still the mailing list moderator or owner not receiving notification email of
member/non-member post to list.
2) is the list's web admin General Options -> admin_immed_notify set
to Yes?
Yes it is already set to Yes.
Do the owners/moderators receive the daily summary of outsting
requests?
No moderator does not receive any email from mailman.
I have found below logs in smtp-failure file of mailman:
