If your MTA is properly configured for Mailman, no list mail is delivered to any inbox. It is piped to a Mailman command which stores it in Mailman's in/ queue. One possibility is you are posting from your gmail address and posts are being delivered, but you aren't seeing them. See the FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/2IA9>.
