What if any are the bounce-events-ppppp.pck files in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/data/? Are there extraneous qrunners running? (try "ps -fAw | grep Runner" to see if there's more than one of each runner.) What is in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/locks/ (stale or otherwise).
