My guess is that your list members are sending their posts to listname-ow...@... instead of to listn...@... (or possibly to listname-boun...@... if you receive the mail as an unrecognized bounce). Then you do lot include the list address in your reply either. As to why your members are not addressing their posts properly, I don't know. Perhaps the FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/RoA9> may help.
