You need to add something like this to your apache config
# Mailman
Alias /pipermail "/usr/local/mailman/archives/public/"
ScriptAlias /mailman/ "/usr/local/mailman/cgi-bin/"
<Directory /usr/local/mailman/cgi-bin>
       Options FollowSymLinks ExecCGI
</Directory>
