Lets not put the cart before the horse. Right now you simply need to figure out where the problem is. If this works, then the problem is in the UPgrade routines. At that point you can move your list data back into place and try again and see if it upgrades everything. If not, you may need to extract your list info and recreate the lists, if you only have about 20 that's not a big deal - if you have hundreds then it gets tough. If the install doesn't work with a blank install directory, then the problem is a missing or mis-configured component on your system.
