I'm seeing a lot of these error messages on our Mailman 2.03 installation on FreeBSD 4.3: Jul 10 14:28:01 2001 (33752) Exception reading qfile: /usr/local/mailman/qfiles/8fb9013aef2d3c2c2ce349036535ca3ee20c8f37 [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/local/mailman/qfiles/8fb9013aef2d3c2c2ce349036535ca3ee20c8f37.db' This is true, the only thing there is a file called: ../qfiles/8fb9013aef2d3c2c2ce349036535ca3ee20c8f37.msg That is, the same name, apart from the .msg extension.
