You need to add 'django.contrib.humanize' to the INSTALLED_APPS list in
settings.py. If you Debian packages don't do this, it should definitely
be reported to Debian.
In /usr/share/mailman3-web/settings.py there is:
INSTALLED_APPS = (
...
'django.contrib.humanize',
...
)
And POSTORIUS_TEMPLATE_BASE_URL = 'http://localhost:8001'
I think this has also something to do with it. But looks correct for me.
