Hi Mailman developers, I am planning to write my GSoC 2026 proposal for the *Configurable Mail Footers* project.
I noticed that on the ideas page, the estimated effort for this project is mentioned as *“to be determined”*. I wanted to clarify whether I should structure my proposal for a *175-hour project or a 350-hour project*, and how you would recommend scoping it appropriately.
