aufrufen dass wir Teammanger:innen/ Spielertrainer:innen/ verantwortliche
Captains od. Coaches für das Grandmaster Mixed Team suchen, die die
organisatorische Verantwortung für das Team übernehmen möchten, damit das Team
dort antreten kann.

Dear Master+ Players,
We hereby invite all EUF and EFDF Member National Federations to
participate in this event.
This form is for National Federations (NFs) to pre-register their
national teams for EMUC 2025. Only one form should be submitted per NF
to indicate your country’s participation interest.
The tournament will start on Wednesday, July 16th, 2025, with the
opening ceremony and opening game and finish on Sunday, July 20th, 2025,
with the finals of each division and the medal ceremony.

Accommodation:
The EMUC 2025 TOC has pre-booked beds at several hotels in Lund to
ensure the best possible pricing and accommodate all participants.
Booking is possible only in bulk with the whole team - no individual
booking is possible. Different arrival and departure dates for
individual participants are possible.
The price range is (depending on hotel choice) :
Per person/night:
Single bed:€ 65-110
Double bed: € 42-63
3-bed:€ 45-53
4-bed:€ 32-53
Breakfast is included.
All hotels are easily accessible (10-30 min) by local transport to the
event venue (Klostergårdens IP).

The deadline for final booking and payment is *May 10, 2025*. Please
note that accommodation is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is
no guarantee that all options will be available close to the booking
deadline. The sooner the reservation is locked and paid, the greater the
chance of getting the preferred accommodation.
The number of options is limited, but the total number of beds is
sufficient to accommodate all EUMC 2025 participants, including staff,
coaches and guests.
