Update on MinGW Win API patches needed to get Mahogany to compile under
MinGW GCC.
MinGW said to submit patches to MinGW. But, after researching the patches
the list has changed to these three files.
sspi.h
ntsecpkg.h
security.h
And, I am afraid that the list will continue to grow.
I have several hours of research on the patches before it ready to submit to
MinGW.
