[Mageia-dev] Freeze push: pidgin (security update)

This updates to 2.10.7, which fixes:
CVE-2013-0271, CVE-2013-0272, CVE-2013-0273, CVE-2013-0274

Already built in mga2 updates_testing by Oden, awaiting push in Cauldron before 
going to QA.

I've confirmed that it also builds fine in Cauldron.
