Thanks Faheem... I checked on the device, and it looks like only 48x48 is needed and the file should be called:
gnome-mime-<mime_type>.png So I created a 48x48 pixels PNG file called gnome-mime-application-x-xoj.png and it worked (at least on Fremantle is like that). Thanks.
