There is unfortunately hardly an universal definition of electronic books. You 
can range from plaintext (wordwrapped, ugh) and go through html and pdf, all 
the way to cbr archives. While there might be fundamental differences between 
these formats, the bad news for us tech guys is that the end users don't 
really care - the perceived 'bookness' is determined by the content, not the 
format it is stored in.
