Implement "maemo launcher" for PyQt apps - i.e. have a a python
instance ("launcher daemon") around that has pyqt imported, and forks
new processes when new program wants to be launched.
This has the advantage that it's not maemo specific, but can be used
to speed up pyqt app launch wherever linux is used on slow
environments.
