Hi, you can open a SSH tunnel to the device to access the interface from remote, securely:
Install openssh-server on the tablet. On the Linux box, do: ssh -l user <device-ip-address> -L 2947:127.0.0.1:2947 Then connect to localhost:2947 on your Linux box and the tunnel leads to the device.
