I also thought the same but i have all dependencies over there.
Output of the following line

/lib/ld-linux.so.3 --list /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstivorbis.so
/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstivorbis.so: error whle loading shared libraries:
/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstivorbis.so: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory

Are you missing something that libgstivorbis.so is linked against?
There's no ldd on the device, but iirc this should tell the list:
/lib/ld-linux.so.3 --list /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstivorbis.so
