Thanks everyone, I've got af-sb-init.sh now. The rootstrap referenced by http://maemo.org/development/documentation/tutorials/Maemo_2.2_Tutorial.html (http://repository.maemo.org/stable/2.2/i386-minimal/Maemo_Dev_Platform_v2.2_i386-minimal-rootstrap.tgz) apparently does not contain af-sb-init.sh but http://repository.maemo.org/stable/gregale/i386/Maemo_Dev_Platform_v2.2_i386-rootstrap.tgz does contain af-sb-init.sh.
