Maybe she is impaciently looking for an answer ;)

The short answer is: no.

The long answer is:

n770 cpu support java execution by hardware (but it's not supported because of
the license of ARM), maybe a bit of time and some reverse engineers this will
 be a reality some day.

n800 cpu supports 3d acceleration by hardware, but this is like the previous
tip,
there is no official support because of the privative license to use the VR
chip,
and afaik (reading the ml) i can say that n800 mobo design is not ok to get a
good bandwidth between the vram of the VR chip and the framebuffer console.

So, the short explanation for the long answer is:

You will need to wait some years until some bored reverse engineers take care
about
these tips and bring java and 3D support to these devices.

BTW: Are you looking for java3d for j2se or j2me? They are different APIs and
the
desktop one is absolutely inviable to run on a pocket device. (until pocket
devices
got 1GB of ram and 1GHz of cpu powered by an embedded micro cold fusion battery
;)
