maemo-stars is in maemo extra repository, libglade is in maemo repository too and is required by maemo-stars (is in debian/control) , but the error (missing libglade2) remains.

AFAIK, application manager won't resolve dependencies if the package is not being installed from a repository. So the solution is to upload your packages to a repository and install from there.
