maemo-stars is in maemo extra repository, libglade is in maemo repository
too and is required by maemo-stars (is in debian/control) , but the error
(missing libglade2) remains.

The only way to overcome this seems to install libglade2 by hand.

AFAIK, application manager won't resolve dependencies if the package
is not being installed from a repository. So the solution is to upload
your packages to a repository and install from there.
(garage.maemo.org provides such a repository)
