I've made a package of Hatari v0.90 for 770.
You can get it from here:

The upstream version contains now the changes necessary
to be able to configure Hatari so that it works on 770
without code changes:
- ability to configure emulated keys and joysticks
from the command line (i.e. per application/game),
- fixes to zoomed low-rez mouse handling,
- possibility to configure UI shortcuts from
the Hatari configuration file
...along with the other changes in the new version
listed at:
http://hatari.sf.net/
I've also packaged a few more AFAIK freely (non-commercially)
distributable games that you can test with Hatari.
NOTE: if you used the previous version of Hatari,
you need to update all the game packages, the old
ones won't work properly with the new Hatari version.
