No, use
./flasher-2.0 -F BETA.SU-18_2006SE_0.2006.22-21_PR_F5_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R
My preferred workflow is:
1) switch off the 770
2) start the flasher
3) connect the 770 with the USB cable
4) plug in the power supply.
5) watch the flashing.
