* Because a developer already gets "karma for apps" by having it
listed at maemo.org/downloads/ and people voting and commenting on it.
* Because we don't say "user karma", we say "karma".
* Because there's enough confusion around karma already.
If there's a strong push back on my suggestion to change it, fine.

Except they already get karma based on downloads & votes, so what
