I'd like to file some bugs I found trying to install rsync, but the Trac site appears not to be transmitting confirmation emails for new registrations. "Lost password" emails show up for me immediately (and nothing's going to spam), but the random passwords can't be used to log in without first having hit the initial confirmation link.
