> hdfeos5 was fixed in r143729 and ncarg in r144029. With this fix, the binary were not built on the buildbots. This is because hdf5 is not built with +gcc5, which is in default_variants of ncarg. cc is listed in compilers.choose because ncarg contains OpenMP directives and functions. I’ll remove cc from compilers.choose when OpenMP is officially supported in clang.
