I've had some luck with simple drag and drop operations with the address
book (note: drag & drop--the normal cut & paste operation may not work in
this case). It doesn't seem to work straight from the Reply field, so as an
intermediate step, try highlighting a few of the addresses and paste them in
a Word (or whatever) document window. Then do find and replace, changing
commas to paragraph marks. This should turn it all to a one column list,
with each address on one line. Highlight & Drag this list to an open Group
address window and drop them in. You may have to clean up a bit, but I've
done this operation with a list copied from a text file with the addresses
on separate lines, and from a column in an excel spreadsheet and for the
most part it worked real well for 300+ addresses. Addresses in a CC field
are usually delimited with commas, sometimes with the name followed by the
actual address with <brackets> around.

This isn't real good if you have to do it over and over, but for quickly
creating a group from one already, it can work, and it's better than typing.
It seems you can't highlight a number of names in a group window, at least
not in OE 5.
