Sounds like your OE is getting corrupt when you download the newer
version...you need to compress the database to fix your problem: Here's how
to do it!---In Outlook 5, launch the application with the option key down.
It will then ask you if you want to compress the database. (No-not now)
Next, it will ask you if you want to rebuild the database (it's called
"advanced" I think). This is the option you want.
