It's not really phone support if you have a hardware issue i.e. your ibook
seems dead.  Call them and tell them exactly what happened.  They'll
probably give you a case #, you'll need this when you bring in your ibook to
be fixed.  

My wife had her ibook for 2 years before she started to experience screen
problems.  Because of Apple Care, we were able to get it fixed asap.  We
simply called Apple, gave our Apple care # and they helped us with
everything.
