I inherited an NEC Multiscan 5FG monitor, an old and impressive beast
with BNC connectors (!) plus original Macintosh and apparently VGA
connectors (both female).
I was able to dig up a Mac-to-Mac cable to attach to my VGA-to-DVI
adapter to attach to the DVI port of my PowerBook G4, but all I get
is rolling raster on the CRT. Apparently the timings are all wrong.
Anybody know of a way to make this monitor work?
