Paul,
Try a web/Google search for "USB Serial Adapter For Macintosh".
You'll find some such items as the Keyspan USB Twin Serial Adapter
that I have used. http://www.keyspan.com/products/homepage-OSMac.spml
Belkin and Iogear also had/have? such adapters.
Be sure to check the compatibility of your Zip, as well as the Mac OS
version you're using. Not all devices are supported.
Then there's the issue of proper drivers and usually a lack of
support for old serial devices with any recent Mac OS versions.
Also, don't forget when searching that the Windows serial adapters
will also be listed - they use a completely different "serial"
connector.

I have a serial port ZIP drive which works well and I'd like to use
it with my eMac which of course has USB & Firewire ports. Are there
any adaptors which change the serial plug to one of the others?
Thanks
Paul
